After Covid-19 hit us hard, many folks have experienced delay in regaining their sense of smell and taste, if they regain it at all. The olfactory glands can remain inflamed, tired, or even scarred for an indefinite amount of time. Through extensive research and perusing a pile of scientific studies, we were able to piece together what we feel is an effective system of familiar aromas, in addition to an array of anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, and anti-bacterial benefits. Strengthening the olfactory and sense of smell can take as long as a year for some, while others report changes in as little as two weeks. All it takes is 20 minutes a day; 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes in the evening… just carve out those two 10 minute portions of your day with no distraction, and the training can begin. We’ve made it easy as can be with 6 prefilled inhalers. Even without your brain receiving signals from the olfactory, you can still feel the effects of the essential oils. For instance, you will most likely not experience the psychological effects until regaining your sense of smell; however, physiologically, you will reap all the benefits that aromatherapy has to offer. You will use 3 uplifting aromas in the morning and the other 3 “wind-down”, less stimulating aromas in the evening.
