Aroma: The aroma is fresh, green, and everything a quality Black Spruce should be. Slightly sweet, it whispers of the fresh and uplifting needles it was distilled form. The sweet notes pull you into a rich woodsy but resinous aroma that soothes the senses. I can just feel the tension leaving my shoulders, can’t you?

Aromatherapist notes: I just love tree oils. When I was able to get my hands on Black Spruce I set out to find one that would have a good amount of bornyl acetate. Our black spruce averages about 30-40% of bornyl acetate in its composition. It’s great to use during colds or just to ease tension in your shoulders after an emotionally draining day.

Recommended applications: Diffuse, topical application using safe dilution ratios, steam inhalation, inhaler.

Blends with: Bergamot, Black Pepper, Blood Orange, German Chamomile, Cypress, Douglas-Fir, Geranium, Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, Sweet Marjoram, Sweet Orange, Peppermint, Scotch Pine, Rosemary ct cineole, Spearmint, Tea Tree, and Virginia Cedarwood.

Safety Data: There are no known safety issues from research with this essential oil.
