Description
Our lovely organic Traditional Helichrysum in a 5% dilution in rare Rose Hip Seed Oil, now available in our standard essential oil bottles and in a 10 ml rollon, for your convenience. This scar healing synergy is suggested by Kurt Schaubelt and Dr. Christoph Striecher, and in our experience is unsurpassed in fading or healing surgical scars and scars from burns. Several of our friends and customers have seen great results from using this combination. However, Rose Hip Seed Oil can cause breakouts on acne prone skin. If you have acne prone skin, it’s best to avoid using Rose Hip, or test it on a very small area of your face to see if there is a reaction. Please note, Rose Hip Seed is a very shortlived carrier oil. If purchasing this Helichrysum diluted in Rose Hip Oil, please store it under refrigeration to preserve freshness.
For scarring, we recommend using a tiny bit of the synergy three or four times a day, rather than applying a lot of it once a day. As in all natural remedies, there are no magic wands, and it may take time for you to see visible results.
We also suggest using our Helichrysum in Rose Hip Seed oil for pain relief blends and for anti-inflammatory effects.

Applying it just twice a day now after about 3 months of consistent use. I had a large second-degree burn from boiling water on my left thigh.
After about two days using bacitracin, I realized as long as my blisters did not burst I didn’t need the ointment. I switched to the helichyrsum dilution. My blisters slowly dried out, the skin started sloughing off, and now I have new skin with darker pigmentation but smooth to the touch. I continue with the helichrysum/rose hip oil and the darker skin is slowly fading.

I had surgery March 2019 and received 5 incisions in my stomach, each about 1 inch wide. I wanted to reduce the scaring on 3 of my incisions so I started to use the Mederma patches around Sept./Oct., but wasn’t seeing any results. I thought I would give this a try because I’ve use small amounts of Helichrysum on my skin before and read enough to know it’s really good for your skin. I would say I use this roll-on oil once a day because I would generally forget to apply at night. It’s now Feb. 7, 2020 and I can barely feel my scars. Thank you.. Our addition… We are so glad that it is helping you! and only once a day! That is truly marvelous. thank you for sharing!

Another new favorite. I love helichrysum and the rose hip oil is lovely. A perfect mix.

The roller works well and was well packaged. Time will tell how well the mix works on my surgical scars, but so far the oil is at least soothing to any dry itchiness I have at my incision sites (I’m just over a month out from surgery).
