If you want to contact us about an order, or about any other question there are several ways.
We truly don't recommend calling unless it's an emergency. We have lots of customers but only one person able to answer all the questions asked. It's much faster and easier for us to answer questions via e-mail. AND if you call it ties up more of our time leaving less time to deal with other customers' needs. I really don't recommend calling to place an order. It's been our experience that ordering online, through the shopping cart, is the most efficient method. Even if you choose to pay cash, or fax or call in your credit card number, entering online gives both of us a written copy of your order and prevents miscommunication or misunderstanding. Because of the additional time required to process orders not entered through the online shopping cart we are forced to add a $3.00 to $5.00 handling charge for manual processing to faxed orders and phone orders that could have been entered online.Please note: Our cute little shop is now closed. Our online orders have grown
so much that we had to have that space for a work room. We are still here, and
you can still come by to pick things up, but the order must first be placed
online first, and an appointment made to pick it up. |
